Who is allowed to order?
You must be of legal age in your province and ordering in a qualified research capacity. Everything Vantra supplies is for in vitro laboratory research. It is not for human or animal consumption and it is not a therapeutic product.
What does research use only actually mean?
It means the material is intended for laboratory experiments on cells, tissue, or in analytical work, and nothing else. It has not been evaluated by Health Canada for safety or efficacy in people, and we cannot advise on any use in humans or animals.
Who runs your testing?
An independent laboratory that Vantra has no ownership interest in. We publish the assay as issued, naming the lot it applies to, so you can match the document to the vial you received.
Why is the lab results table empty?
Because we have not released a batch yet. We would rather show an empty table than reuse another company's paperwork. Certificates appear as each batch clears testing.
Where do you ship?
Canadian addresses only, dispatched from British Columbia. We do not ship internationally.
Do vials need to arrive cold?
Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, which is why most orders do not need a cold pack. Long term storage is -20 °C. Once reconstituted, keep the solution refrigerated and out of light.
How do I work out a concentration?
Use the reconstitution calculator. It converts vial contents and added water into a concentration, a draw volume in millilitres, and the equivalent on a 100 unit insulin syringe.
What if a vial arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with the order number and a photo of the packaging and the vial. See returns for how damaged and incorrect items are handled.
Can I return something I ordered by mistake?
Unopened and unused items can be discussed within the reporting window, but temperature sensitive research material that has been opened cannot be returned to stock. The returns page sets out the specifics.
How do I pay?
A payment processor is being finalised. Until it is live, the cart sends an order request and we reply with availability, pricing, and the certificate for the lot we would ship.
When does pricing go live?
With the first batch release, at the same time as the certificates for those lots.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Email vantrapeptide@proton.me with the compounds and volumes you need and we will quote per enquiry.
Do you offer bulk or custom synthesis?
Ask. If we can source it with traceable batch documentation we will quote it. If we cannot document it, we will say no.
How do I reach a human?
Email vantrapeptide@proton.me. Support mail is read by the team directly rather than a ticket queue.
