What we collect

• Order information: the compounds, sizes, and quantities you ordered, and the order number.
• Contact information: your name and email address.
• Shipping information: the delivery address and, where given, a phone number for the carrier.
• Correspondence: emails you send us and our replies.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. When a payment processor is live it handles payment data directly, and we receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Why we hold it

To fulfil and ship your order, to answer your questions, to keep the batch traceability record that links an order to the lot shipped, and to meet Canadian record keeping and tax obligations.

Who else sees it

• The shipping carrier, which needs the delivery address to deliver the parcel.
• Our email provider, which delivers transactional and support mail.
• A payment processor, once one is selected. It will be named here before it goes live.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order and traceability records are kept as long as Canadian record keeping requirements demand. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for resolving the matter and then removed on request.

Under Canadian federal privacy law, PIPEDA, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, and ask for deletion where we are not required to retain it. Email vantrapeptide@proton.me and we will respond. If a legal retention requirement prevents deletion, we will tell you which record is affected and why.
