How ordering works

Read the certificate
Open the lab results for the compound and lot you are considering. No account required, and nothing is gated.
Place the order
Confirm the research use declaration at checkout. Canadian delivery addresses only.
We pack cold
Vials are packed sealed with the batch record and dispatched from British Columbia.
Track to the door
Tracking is emailed as soon as the label is scanned, with the certificate attached.
Pricing and payment
Pricing publishes with the first batch release, alongside the certificates for those lots. A payment processor is being finalised, so in the meantime the cart sends an order request and we reply by email with availability and pricing.
Lead time
Orders placed before the daily cutoff are packed the same business day. Transit time depends on the destination and the service selected at dispatch. Tracking is emailed rather than estimated, so you see the real scan.
If something is wrong
Report a damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with the order number and a photo. See returns for what happens next.
